"You are responsible for you. Put time and energy where it should go first, within- YOU! Do not take yourself for granted." -Kim

Kimberly, who is referred to as "Kim" by her family and friends, has done her work. It is from the work that she did to transform herself, that she draws from to help others redefine themselves and their lives. Kim was very shy growing up and in her early teens was called names and treated mean only because she was quiet. Kim was insecure and confused. Through her education and preparation in becoming a social worker, Kim worked through her own journey. Kim learned the skills and tools she needed to become the woman she was created to be. Kim understands the difficulties that others have experienced. But more importantly, she knows that healing is possible and can guide you through your own healing.

Kim is a highly-trained Therapist, Supervisor and Consultant, experienced in working with Mental Health Professionals. She received her Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and she received her license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in May 2000. Kim has successfully worked with Licensed Masters Social Workers to provided them with the needed skills and knowledge to not only pass the Licensed Clinical Social Worker Exam, but she also provided them guidance and confidence to assist them in the advancement of their careers. Kim was referred to as a, “Transformational Guide” by one of her former Mental Health Professional clients. She challenges and supports her clients through transitions in their lives. Additionally, she challenges them to explore avenues in their lives they have chosen not to address.

Kim has a passion for coaching those who have a heart to help others. Because it is those who often forget to take care of themselves. Working with Mental Health Professionals is fun and offers a challenge for Kim because they know how to act and what to say in therapy. Kim pushes past their clinical skills and reminds them they are not the therapist during their time together.

She is a teacher and loves educating people no matter what the topic. Kim has been a Realtor, where she specialized in working with first time homebuyers. At one time in her life she taught budgeting and assisted people with paying off debt and improving their finances. In 2018, Kim became a published author with the release of her book entitled, “Repair, Restore, Refine”- Repair what is broke, Restore to health and Refine to purity. This book reflects the service she has provided to women for over 20 years.

Holistic healing (treating the whole person) is important to Kim. She takes an eclectic therapeutic approach, using traditional methods like talk therapy with the use of diet, exercise, and essential oils. Kim is trained in EMDR (Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing). Kim provides the best services to your specific needs.

Her goal is to assist you in removing all barriers that prevent you in taking time to help yourself. Kim works remotely and can meet with you in your space.
