How do I make an appointment or contact you for more information?

Setting up a FREE 15-minute phone consultation is the best way to get information that you will need to get started with your service. To set up your consultation all you need to do is email Kim at kimberlypagelcsw@gmail.com. Kim will respond to you within 24 hours.

What is the cost and length of your session?

Session length are approximately 1 hour and the cost range between $100-$150 depending on the service you need. Intake sessions are usually about 1 hour 30 minutes.

Do you take insurance?

Kim is not able to take insurance at this time. Sessions are offered on a self-pay basis, and payment is required prior to the day of service.​​

Package Rates:

Packages of 4 sessions are offered at 20% off the regular rate when purchased in advance. Packages are non-refundable. Packages are not available for supervision sessions.

How will our sessions take place?

Coaching and Consultation sessions take place either telephonic or by virtual online session. LCSW Supervision takes place either face-to-face or virtual online meetings. Counseling sessions can be in any form of your choosing. Kim will come to meet you in your office  or your space for an additional charge with counseling sessions.

Is there paperwork that needs to be completed prior to my first session?

When you make your first appointment, Kim will email you an intake packet with all the necessary paperwork to complete prior to your first appointment.

What is your cancellation policy?

Life happens, if you are unable to make your appointment, please provide a minimum of 24 hours advance notice if at all possible. Same day cancellations for a scheduled appointment will result in a $25 cancellation fee, except in emergency situations. It is understandable that emergencies do arise from time to time, please keep Kim informed.
