What to Expect: Step-by-Step

FREE PHONE CONSULTATIONS
You are welcome to schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation to help you determine if she will be able to assist you. This will give you an opportunity get to know Kim and ask her any questions you may have. Please take advantage of this opportunity.
YOUR FIRST SESSION
In your first session, you will review with Kim the questionnaire she will provide to you. This questionnaire will address the reasons you are seeking services as well as other information that will assist Kim in knowing what direction to take with you. Together you will set goals and develop a plan of action. Often, clients will feel a sense of relief after this initial session as the hope of improvement in their lives is increased.
HOMEWORK
A great deal of the work you will complete will happen outside of your session. Kim always assigns work for you in between sessions. The work you do outside of the sessions will enable you to maximize what you are able to accomplish within the session and within your life. The homework is essential to accomplishing the results you are looking for.
SUBSEQUENT SESSIONS
The following sessions will continue to build on the session before. You will continue to work on the goals you have set to work towards the end result you are seeking. Each session is focused on your end. Kim will teach you new skills and tools or hold you accountable to use skills and tools you already know, to use throughout your life.
