Sound Healing

Pause. Breathe. Listen. Restore.

A space to slow down, reconnect, and simply be.

Sound healing is a gentle, experiential wellness practice that uses sound, vibration, mindfulness, and intentional rest to create an environment for relaxation and reflection.

Through the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other sound instruments, Kim creates immersive sound experiences designed to invite you to slow down, quiet the noise, and reconnect with yourself.

No experience with meditation is necessary. You don't have to know how to relax. You simply have to arrive.

What Is Sound Healing?

Sound has the ability to capture our attention and invite us into the present moment.

Sound healing sessions use carefully selected tones, rhythms, and vibrations as part of a relaxing, mindful experience. Rather than focusing on performance or musical ability, the intention is to create space for stillness, awareness, and restoration.

During a session, you may lie down or sit comfortably while crystal singing bowls and other instruments are played around you. You are encouraged to breathe, listen, notice what you experience, and allow yourself permission to rest.

There is nothing you need to accomplish.

This is your time to pause.

What to Expect

Each sound healing experience is designed to be welcoming, gentle, and accessible.

A session may include:

  • A brief intention-setting or grounding practice

  • Guided breathing or mindfulness

  • Crystal singing bowls

  • Chimes and other sound instruments

  • Extended periods of sound and stillness

  • Quiet reflection at the end of the session

You may experience the sounds as calming, soothing, energizing, emotional, or simply interesting. Every person's experience is different, and there is no “right” way to experience sound healing.

Come as you are.

Individual Sound Healing

Your time. Your intention. Your experience.

Individual sound healing sessions offer a private space to step away from the demands of everyday life and intentionally make room for yourself.

Before the session begins, you may identify an intention for your experience. That intention might be as simple as:

“I need to slow down.”
“I want to reconnect with myself.”
“I need a moment to breathe.”
“I want to create more space for rest.”

The session then becomes an opportunity to settle in, listen, breathe, and be present.

Individual sessions may be especially appealing if you are looking for a more private and personalized wellness experience.

Individual sessions may include:

  • Personalized intention setting

  • Guided grounding or mindfulness

  • Crystal singing bowls

  • Additional sound instruments

  • Rest and reflection

  • A gentle closing practice

Group Sound Healing

Shared sound. Shared stillness. Shared space.

There is something powerful about intentionally slowing down together.

Group sound healing sessions create an opportunity for individuals to gather, disconnect from the outside world, and experience sound and stillness as a community.

Group experiences can be customized for the needs and atmosphere of your gathering.

Group sound healing can be offered for:

  • Women's wellness groups

  • Retreats

  • Community events

  • Private gatherings

  • Wellness events

  • Organizations and workplaces

  • Self-care experiences

  • Mental health and wellness programs

Whether you're planning a small intimate gathering or a larger wellness event, let's create an experience that feels intentional and meaningful.

The Sounds

Crystal Singing Bowls & More

Crystal singing bowls are a central part of many of Kimberly's sound healing experiences. Their sustained tones and layered harmonics create an immersive listening environment that encourages participants to slow down and become more present.

Additional instruments may be incorporated throughout a session, including chimes and other sound instruments.

Each instrument contributes a different quality to the experience, creating a dynamic soundscape that can move between gentle tones, resonance, rhythm, and silence.

Listen. Notice. Breathe.

Therapy + Sound Healing

Two different services. One whole-person perspective.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Kim brings a mental-health-informed perspective to her work. Psychotherapy and sound healing, are separate services with different purposes. However, they are complementary modalities that can be used together to help a client move forward in their healing.

Psychotherapy is a clinical service focused on mental health, emotional well-being, relationships, life experiences, and therapeutic goals.

Sound healing is an experiential wellness practice centered around sound, mindfulness, relaxation, reflection, and intentional rest.

Sound healing sessions are not psychotherapy, mental health treatment, or a substitute for psychotherapy or medical care.

If you are interested in both services, Kim can help you understand which experience may be the best fit for what you're seeking.
